LUXDS Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items for a refund or exchange in period of 3 days after you have received your purchase.

All items returned for refund or exchange should be in BRAND NEW condition. They should be in the original box which should never be opened, all accessories should be in their original condition with all tags, manuls, boxes etc. attached to it.

You may return only unused items.

LUXDS reserve its rights to judge in what condition the return has been received.

All items returned in less than perfect condition will NOT be refunded. They will be returned to the customer's address for it's own expenses.

The company accept return, exchange and/or warranty requests only with a prior notice that the customer should sent to the company's e-mail address admin A-T-T vipluxuryphones.com or via the Contact Us page.

The company does not accept returns/exchanges and/or warranty replacements WITHOUT a prior notice sent to us via one of the methods mentioned above.

All return and/or exchange requests should be sent to us NO LATER than 72 hours after the client received his order/package.

All return and/or exchange requests sent to us LATER than 72 hours after the client received his order/package will be DENIED.

You will have to return the item to the to the address we will provide you as soon as we receive your return complain. Additional return instructions may be included/provided by the company as well.

The customer is obligated to follow ALL instructions provided by the company in this return policy and/or further correspondence regarding the returns closely. If the customer fails to comply with the company's instructions the customer return/refund/exchange/warranty request may be denied.

The return package must be post marked within 5 days of receiving our return confirmation and you should immediately send us the tracking number of the returned stock via e-mail. If we do not receive the tracking number for the return within 5 days of the return notification refund and/or exchange requests will be denied and the items will be sent back to clients address at their expenses.

We do not accept returns without the return tracking number mailed to us.

The customer agrees that he/she can not claim return for refund of his purchase because of the delayed shipping of his/her product no matter what carrier the client used for the delivery of his purchase.
